Orders are shipped first class mail where possible, otherwise via priority mail.
Applicable sales tax will be added for orders being shipped to New York.
Because our fee for Canadian credit cards has just been increased, as has postage, and Canadian orders require that someone make a trip to the Post Office and stand in line, a $2 additional handling fee will be added on orders shipped to Canada if paid by direct credit card or the Paypal button. NO additional handling if paid via Paypal bank account as per the instructions below or money order. No additional handling on orders of a head cleaner (only $10 will be charged to the credit card and anything paid over $10 via paypal will be refunded.)

Extra bonus or discount for payment by check, money order or bank account via paypal on orders of 9 or more - see instructions below. Even if you pay from your bank account, there is no extra bonus if you use the paypal button. For the extra bonus you must follow the specific instructions below under Paypal bank account.

To use the Paypal button, your address must be confirmed or your account verified. This is for the protection of the account holder. We have no other way of knowing if this is a legitimate transaction or one using a stolen credit card or hacked account. Please do not send payments from unverified accounts with unconfirmed addresses or request to have it shipped to another address other than the confirmed address. The transaction will only be canceled. If you want it shipped to another address, pay from your bank account to our personal account following the directions below under Paypal bank account. You may also qualify for free cartridges.

With direct credit card we only ship to the billing address. Do not enter a different address. The transaction will fail and even though it fails, your card is charged and the amount remains on hold for several days. So you are wasting your time and ours and placing a hold on your funds needlessly. If you want it shipped to a different address, try paypal, check or money order. This is your best protection against credit card fraud. Read about avoiding credit card fraud.

Paypal charges us about 2.5% to receive money into our business account. If you are ordering 9 or more cartridges, you can send payment to our personal account from your bank account or paypal balance in a specific method where we don't pay a fee. If you do so, we will pass the savings back to you in the form of a discount or free cartridge but you must follow these instructions exactly.
-You must log into your paypal account and initiate the payment. You can not use the Paypal button above.
-Payment must come from your paypal balance or bank account only. Debit and credit card payments will be denied. If you're unsure of the source of your payment, choose "funding sources" and make sure it is coming from your bank account or paypal balance.
-Payment must be made to our personal account of sales@ccs-digital.com
-Below the amount is a box with two tabs. By default the purchase tab is selected. This will treat the payment as a credit card even if your bank account was used. You must click the personal tab and choose gift or payment owed - not cash advance.
Because paypal will not send us any info with such a payment, you must enter into the comment box your address and what it is you are paying for. One advantage of this method is that we don't have to ship to the confirmed address.

You can also mail a check or money order in US funds drawn on a US bank. A Canadian postal money order in US funds is also fine. Make it out and mail it to:
